Well, it was a long 4 weeks, but the upgrade is complete and I was able to fly up to PCA located at Aurora State Airport via Southwest Airlines so I could finally bring the Minion home. After a quick test flight and checking for rogue tools, I signed the final bill and off I went. Everything worked great and the guys did a fabulous job cleaning up what turned out to be a challenging upgrade due to poor workmanship from previous installs done at other shops. What I have now is a very clean install that should be good-to-go for a long time. Had to dodge a lot of rain to get out of the Portland area, but it all worked out - even at 17,000 feet....
